“Images are life,” Jung claimed. In this course we will follow the images that resonate in our bodies and souls into the essential stories of our lives. We’ll explore layers of memory and dreams, myth and fantasy, to find the unique personal symbols and archetypal patterns at the heart of our existence. Class time will include discussion, writing, and optional reading of work, and you will leave with a folder of writing and an understanding of your own personal myth. No previous knowledge of Jung is necessary, but please write down your dreams in preparation for this course.
