Dreaming and Embodying the Divine Dance

Elaine Heroux and Sofia Diaz
January 14-16, 2011

A weekend workshop for men and women wanting to access their inner world to discover the next step on their spiritual and human journey.

Elaine Heroux is a psychotherapist in private practice who uses dreams to help people access their inner world. She is a graduate of the Marion Woodman BodySoul Rhythms® Leadership Training Program. She has been a student of breathwork and meditation since 1991. Elaine’s work is influenced by Carl Jung and Eastern Spiritual Traditions.

Sofia Diaz is a hatha yoga master and a lineage holder in the Balasaraswati lineage of the South Indian temple arts. She turns her body wisdom practices into accessible teachings and practices for the modern western mind. She is a core founder and faculty of iEvolve: Global Practice Community and a Fellow of the Integral Life Spiritual Center.

Combining Sofia's gift of teaching movement and yoga, and Elaine's gift of understanding the dream world, we will invite the Divine to speak to us through our dreams on Friday night. Saturday will be spent exploring these dreams by understanding the symbolism gifted from them and then embodying these gifts through creative movement and gesture.
