BodyDreaming® and Qigong – Self-Regulation and Dreams (An Online Zoom Series of 6 Experiential Workshops)

Right now in this time of crisis and trauma, Marian and Wendy are coming together to offer resources to support you and your families and communities in a series of 6 online experiential workshops.
BodyDreaming® focuses on supporting the nervous system which impacts the immune system directly. When we strengthen our practices to deal with overwhelm, isolation, trauma and grief and use tools that support greater resilience, ease and flow, we are more present to the Self-regulatory aspect of our dreams and of the collective psyche at this time.
Qugong is a means of increasing our body energy or qi. These ancient movements work with the mind and body to enhance our health, calm our minds, regulate our nervous system and strengthen our immune system.

A message from Marian: we know that some of you are faced with financial challenges at this time. We are therefore offering these experiential workshops on a sliding scale. If you can afford it, we’d really appreciate that you pay the full amount of € 390 for the full series (€65 per workshop).
