Sue Congram, PhD, CPsychol., GPO-EAGT, is a founder-Director of EB Centre for Engendering Balance and Inclusivity in Leadership, based in the UK. Drawn to developing women in leadership, her PhD research and pioneering work with her two co-Directors, has led to a unique approach for enabling and inspiring feminine qualities and groundbreaking inclusivity practices in leadership, in national and global corporations.
As a highly experienced psychologist and Gestalt-trained consultant, Sue became inspired by the ideas of Marion Woodman, completing the first leadership training programme and becoming one of the core faculty on intensives. Sue’s love of art has led her to evolve and enrich the mask process, drawing on the unique qualities of expressive arts and the “imaginal” for in-depth exploration of self through mask. Sue loves to write about new ideas and practices, having widely published books, papers and articles in her field of work.
