Leadership Training: Phase 3, Seminar 6

Marion Woodman, Mary Hamilton, Ann Skinner, and Judith Harris
September 21-25, 2010

Phase 3 Leadership Seminars explore C.G. Jung’s insights into the body/psyche relationship. Text is Nietzsche’s Zarathustra: Notes of the Seminar Given in 1934-1939. Working with this material gives participants a thinking framework, which can contain the passion of the bodywork and take participants to a new level of consciousness. In-depth work with dreams, body, and voice continues.

Each of the Phase 3 Leadership Seminars focuses specifically on one of the key components of the BodySoul Rhythms® Intensives in the afternoon bodywork.

The focus of Seminar 6 is the “I am” exercise in voice and presence. This includes integration of shadow energy and finding the essence of the experience.

A 5-Day Workshop with Lauren Artress and Mary Hamilton

This experiential workshop for men and women will include teaching, movement and voice work as we walk the sacred path of the labyrinth and experience the unfolding of wisdom through our own body consciousness.

Join Mary and Lauren together in their first groundbreaking 5-day workshop! Mary, a movement educator and Lauren, a spiritual educator will combine soma and psyche in a masterful weaving of soulful expression, within the sacred path of the Chartres labyrinth. In the Realms of Coatlicue: A BodySoul Intensive in Mexico

Mary Hamilton, Paula Reeves, Martha de la Garza Adler, and Patricia Llosa
February 11-18, 2011

We are pleased to announce the details of the upcoming, early 2011 program: In the Realms of Coatlicue: A BodySoul Intensive in Mexico. The original team of leaders, Mary Hamilton, Paula Reeves, Martha de la Garza Adler, and Patricia Llosa will return to teach this unique course. This will be the fourth year the Marion Woodman Foundation has brought the BodySoul Rhythms® work to Mexico, and we are thrilled to do so.

This work is based on the belief that psyche and soma, body and soul are one, and must be worked on together to become more conscious. Each participant has her own unique story as we grow in the understanding of what it means to consciously embody the Sacred Feminine. We will explore our own bodysoul through dance, music, art, dreams, lecture, and discussion. We will focus on the connections between dreams and body imagery, exploring the bridges that link the two worlds.

We’ll spend the week together in a peaceful setting, surrounded by the rich vegetation that lies cradled under the majestic heights of the sacred Tepozteco Mountain. Working individually and together, each participant will listen to her soul in her body and honor its needs, hopes, and creativity using her own particular imagery to discover and voice her own authentic self. Mexico’s rich cultural heritage and history offer resonant ground for the possibility of integrating worlds.

We welcome all our past participants and hope that you will spread the word to your friends and colleagues as new participants are most warmly welcomed as well.  We hope you will join us.
