As of this date, there are still a few spaces left in this program.
This unique two-week intensive is for those interested in Jung’s understanding of the psyche, who want to deepen their understanding of Sandplay Therapy, and would like an opportunity to work with embodied consciousness as developed by Marion Woodman.
Join us for an opportunity to study and work in depth with Sandplay, imagery, body presence, and your own creative process. Travel to Switzerland, stay in a lovely countryside conference center surrounded by the Swiss Alps, and live for two weeks with international master teachers and a community of like-minded souls.
Held at an exceptional location in Einsiedeln, the program includes in-depth Sandplay case presentations by faculty, Soul Painting workshops, BodySoul work with dreams, movement, creative expression and ritual, opportunities for consultation, and a visit to the sacred Black Madonna at the nearby church. An optional trip into the mountains to experience the glory of the Swiss Alps is also offered.
This program was created by Patty Flowers in 1984 through the University of California. It has been offered regularly and successfully since then. In 2006 Patty teamed with Judy Zappacosta; they now offer programs through Caring for the Soul. The curriculum integrates Sandplay and BodySoul work. Flowers has created and managed high-level continuing education programs for more than 30 years, specializing in Jungian psychology and international study, especially Sandplay and BodySoul Rhythms®.
The course is intensive and offers 50 hours toward ISST/STA certification and 50 hours of approved continuing education for MFTs and Social Workers.
Faculty includes Judy Zappacosta, Martin Kalff, Sabine Kalff, Maria Kendler, Ruth Noel-Hermann, and others to be announced. Program Director: Patty Flowers
