If you are seeking deeper self-awareness and a threshold to your creativity, consider Soul Journaling, an ongoing workshop series where journal writing encourages inner exploration and inspires creative life.
Facilitator Catharine Clarke creates a safe and nurturing healing space where a small circle gathers to turn inward and write together —where we learn to open to the stillness, to trust our inner world, to honor our authentic voice. Soul Journaling offers us the opportunity to:
• Listen more deeply
• Respect our need to be creative
• Explore the soul of our inner conflicts and fears
• Open to our dream life
• Hear our true calling
• Imagine our life as an unfolding story
• Awaken our creative potential
Soul Journaling breaks our isolation and strengthens our commitment to living an authentic life. Together we open our journals, our hearts, our souls, and write in an atmosphere of mutual support and shared endeavor, while encouraging trust, intimacy, and self-honesty. We begin with our dreams, then awaken our bodies through movement before writing.
We will begin the Fall Soul Journaling series in the Hudson Valley on Tuesday, October 15 and meet together for eight sessions in Malden-on-Hudson, New York. We will gather from 6:30 to 9:00pm in a warm, intimate setting. In order to secure a strong container for our work, it is best if each participant intends to attend the full eight-session series (and at least six). Limited space; pre- registration required.
October 15-December 17, 2013, Tuesdays, 6:30-9:00 pm , (no meetings on November 26 or December 3)
